Workout help

I am thinking about adding weights to my workout I wanted to see if anyone else gets good results from this say
Mon-Chest Tri - abs
DB press 3 sets Fist 10x then add 5-10lbs 8x add 5lbs 6 times or till falure. Skull crushers 3 sets but 12, 10, 8 adding weight the whole time.

Tues Legs- abs - calves same as above

Wend - Back- bis - abs
Bi's Preacher cur, barbell curl, hammer curl same as above adding weight

Thurs - shoulders

friday & sat, sun off rest maybe some light cardio.
 
Give us the entire routine to critique.

just two exercises needed for biceps. Infact, one is sufficient - i even know huge mofo's that do no direct bicep work - they do weighted chins instead.
 
Do you only do DB presses and skullcrushers for chest and tris? Seems a little thin, many other great exercises available for those two muscle groups.

Why is that then people?

I know folk who do 3 sets of dips only for their chest routine and they is fucking big! [they also have an amazing upper chest too - which further proves that upper/lower chest can't be training separately]

DB presses and skulls seem good to me.
