i work biceps on monday with chest, and on tuesda i do back and triceps. i dont want to work biceps with back, so with that aside, is this going to hurt my progress since working back will involve alot of bicep work too, will it hurt my bicep recovery. should i wait and do shoulders on tuesday and back later on on like thursday, or is this ok since from tuesday till next monday i will have recovery for my biceps. what do u think??

alot of biceps in back movements. i would save back for a bit later when bi's are rested/recovered. it will serve 3 purposes: stimulate the biceps again (as an auxilliary muscle) and give you enough poop to pull the bigger weight for back (which you might be missing due to fatigued bi's), and also let the bi's heal up fully before you break them down further(overtrain them).

I still say work them with back...or the day or two after back.

I'm going to be pairing opposite muscle groups together and this is the way I came up with to ensure proper rest and recovery time:

chest/biceps
legs
off
shoulders
back/triceps
off
repeat day1

This routine has NO real restdays, but only HIGH VOLUME days and ACTIVE REST LOW-VOLUME days, also 5 days for a muscle to recover to safeguard overtraining

HIGH VOLUME chest - upperback
HIGH VOLUME delts - bi - tri
LOW VOLUME abs - traps
HIGH VOLUME lowerback-hamstrings complex - calves
HIGH VOLUME quads
LOW VOLUME abs - forearm - wrist
repeat
