Hi, i'm a new user and have been advised to use deca 100 per week and winstrol at the same time 50 twice per week. I haven't been able to find any info from women that have done this before and desperately want some advice. I have been weight training for 10 years and have a good body, I only want to loose 2 to 3 kilo's and build a little muscle, i don't want to be bigger than Madonna. I already have strong deltoids and big calves. Any advice please?
