Trust me I went through, well I am sure everybody here has the same thing. But a wise, young Bunny told me the same and I am trying to pass on some of her great wisedom, probably not doing it as good as she does but you get the point! :)

Im not going to lecture ... but I must say, if you are ill, although it stinks, your body needs rest. When you are training, your muscles require energy. When you are sick your body requires energy to heal ... see what I'm getting at?

Thanks, all, for the get well wishes. ;) I went to the Immediate Care Clinic today, and the doc said it was a virus, gave me a script for some antibiotics (I always thought antibiotics didn't work on viruses, but oh well. :confused: ), and gave me a list of OTC stuff to take along with it. I'm taking the day off from the gym, and I'm going to do 2 or 3 full body workouts when I get back this week. There's no reason to make myself feel sicker. Right now I'm debating on whether or not to go back to work tomorrow.

My 2 cents hee hee. Stay home, your obviously fighting something, and I am sure the people at work don't want it. Plus, you need your rest.

Oh, believe me, I don't want to go! :lmao: I only get two sick days a year, though. :eek2: Right now I'm planning on staying home. I'm so mad at half of the office for coming in and spreading their big nasty germs.

I am REALLY liking this! It's so relaxing. I may start recording them while I'm gone to work so I can do them in the a.m. before cardio. Although that would mean I would have to wake up earlier. :rolleyes:

Also, I don't know if I should take another day off from the gym. I don't want to end up feeling worse, but that little yoga workout kind of rejuvinated me. I guess it will depend on how I feel this evening, and it will depend on if hubby will want to go to the gym later.
