Will This Affect Me

I was always thin. When I was in 7th(13) grade teacher asked me if i wanted to become a distance runner for their Junior High Track team. Over the following 5 years I ran distance for XC,Winter and Spring Track. It was a year round training and I ran atleast 4 miles every other day during the off seasons during the summer etc etc. Will this have any effect on my current ability to gain a decent amout of weight. I saw on Corn's post that a person trained at an Olympic level for distance running is going to be skinny. Will I never become the size of a big person?/

if you keep doing it, it will affect the amount of muscle you put on because of the extra calories you burn and the extra workouts.... But if you are not running now then I personally don't think it will hinder you too much..... Remember your genetics determine if you gain mass easily or not so just lift hard and eat.....

What LS said. Eat clean and lift hard. You'll do fine.
