Who here does cardio in the morning and weights in the evening on the same day?

Im thinking in order to get sufficient cardio time I will have to start doing them on the same days I weight train, i.e. cardio in the morning and weights later that night. Do you guys do that and if so does your weight training suffer or do you adapt or become stronger from an increased overall fitness level?

I've tried it and hated it... I found i was very fatigueg come night time, especially after intense am cardio. Lift then run in the morning, starts the day off right and you have all night to relax

Plus working out at night then post workout carb and prot shake doesn't work for me... I get fat if i eat past 8:00

I do this when I'm cutting up. I only do weight training lightly in an attempt to maintain. I do cardio at least once in the morning, and if I'm feeling good enough I might do it after weight for twenty or so minutes as well. It works good for me but it is hard to find enough time in the day to do it all. My strength doesn't suffer, doesn't go up though.

when i'm cutting on anabolics it is a routine that i follow very strictly.

the only think is that i only do a.m cardio 4-5 times a week and not necessarily on the days that i train.

that is, though, the most efficient way to cut up.

Yep, cardio 1st thing in the AM and weights at night. I need 10-12 hours in between for better recovery.

i find doing cardio in the morning and lifting in the evenning to be very effective. i have good energy for both workouts instead of not getting my full potential for either workouts

cardio/weights

I do both on the same day when cutting, cardio first thing in the morning. It seems tough, but if you do it as soon as you wake up, it's out of the way and you can start your day. Workouts don't suffer for me. I never do legs and cardio on the same day though. When bulking, 3x a week on non-weight days is how I go.

why not knock them both out at the same time? Why make an extra trip to the gym?

Do them both in the morning. Plenty of energy... its easy to workout then intense cardio

guys how can you do that!!...you don't have any job?. Do you live with your parents??. I'd love to go to Gym twice a day but i can't due to my f***ng job!!. The day has 24 hrs, 8 sleeping. 8:30 working (including traffic) you have 16:30. With 7:30 lest I have to eat, do some things. cook, go to Gym make love and/or jerk off...so going twice a day it's imposible!...I'd be happy working on a Gym...:)

djufo has a very valid point. I've done it before, but I can only do the two a day thing for so long, because there isn't enough time to do anything else, and everything else gets neglected. Maybe I'm just bad at my time management.
