which training routine would you do??

Which training routine would you guys do? from the choice below..Or mabye someone can suggest something better?? BTW I cant train on friday

Mon: Shoulders & Back
Tue: off
Wed: Chest
Thursday: Legs
Friday: off
Saturday: Arms

OR

Mon: Shoulders
Tue: Back
Wed: Chest
Thursday: Legs
Friday: off
Saturday: Arms
Sun: off
 
how about

mond: chest/tricep/shoulder

wed: back/bicep/forearm

sat: legs/abs

I would pick the first one of the two below, but you might find that your shoulders are still weak when you train chest, triceps are causing you to have a less effective shoulder workout...etc.
