Where do you get your potassium?

Anybody

New member
I can't find pills that have more than about 90 mg. I get most of mine from OJ and my protein shake has 500 mg, but it's still tough to get 4000+ mg/day without drinking a carton of OJ every day.

bananas... tons of other foods you eat a day should contain K+ (potassium) as well.

Why do you want to make sure you diet is at least reaching 4 grams?

Why not opt for REAL food to get your potas?

Generic List...

bananas, raisins, apricots, oranges, avacadoes, dates, cantaloupe, watermelon, prunes, broccoli, spinach, carrots, potato, sweet potato, winter squash, mushrooms, peas, lentils, dried beans, peanuts, milk, yogurt, lean meats

Banana's, potato's, cantaloupe, spinach, winter squash and swiss chard, lima and black beans.

Salt Substitute (nosalt) is a decent source of potassium, as well.
