cardio and lifting all included?

1.45 minutes
2.one hour
3.two hours
4.over two hours
5.it depends on the body part/s I'm training that day and how hard I want to take the cardio session.

I go at 6am on an empty stomach and do both. workout varies between 30min-1hr and cardio for 30 mins after. so we're looking at 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours each morning.

bare in mind, my goals are fine tuning my physique and bringing up some weak points so im not looking for big mass gains .

thanks for your reply NJjuice22

when I'm on cycle it varies and depends how I feel that day, lately generally my sessions have been 2 hours and over cardio and lifting combined.I'm wanting to see what others do

I never lift and do cardio in the same workout - confuses the body.

If Im trying to lose fat quickly I do cardio in the morning and weights in the evening.

Cardio usually takes about 30 minutes. Workout 30-45 minutes, high intensity with very little rest between sets. I sweat more when I workout than I do with cardio.

I get to the gym, do 10 minutes in the sauna , stretch and warm up, go to the weight room and do about an hour and a half of weights (total time including rest between sets and water breaks) and then 30 cardio, walking, running or bike. 10 more minutes of sauna at the end. this puts me at a grand total of 2 hrs and 15 minutes give or take

It depends on the person. If your a beginner, you need to work long hours to gain cuts, muscles etc.. but once you reach your target shape, cuts, muscles, etc.. you just need to maintain it. for me, when I was a beginner. I usually do 3 - 4 hours of work out to the gym. But when I reach my desired shape and muscles. I just maintain it for working out for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. :)

Well - sometimes I'm a cardio nut. I was doing cardio for an hour and lifting for around 45 - that would be on the weekend when I have plenty of time. Now with my new training schedule and actually working with a trainer - I teach spin in the morning at 6am - and then workout at night with her for about 45-hour.

That's pretty common. Keep it up as long as your joints can take it. It won't be too long before you aren't able to do that much cardio.
