Do you put in your ideal weight?? I am 182 and want to be 160, so should I use that goal #??
I do BMR + Activity Level + Thermogenics of Food
(1600 + 320) + ~600 + ~ 250 = around 2770 for maintenance.
But I wouldn't have to go lower than that since I would already be at a deficit from my # if I used my current weight as the base?????
