It doesn't taste great, but I'm wondering why fewer people don't use wheat germ in their diets, at least whilst bulking.
It is far more nutritious than oatmeal, contains anabolic minerals in large quanties such as zinc, hard to get nutrients like Vit E, is high in protein (i.e., realise presumably not complete).
Is there any reason not to include - today I tried it for first time for breakfast, 70 grams oats, 30 wheat germ, (with 30 grams of protein powder) and was thinking of going 1/2 1/2 next time or as much wheat germ as I could tolerate.
ANy reason to avoid? Anyone use it
