I've been eating a clean diet for almost 3 weeks. I've noticed that my taste bud for sweets is extremely sensitive. I had a slice of bread (I don't know why) and it felt like I poured a 3TBS of sugar down my throat. Even my spinach wraps are starting to taste really sweet. I've stopped eating cottage cheese because it became sweet tasting (almost like a dessert - maybe it's the lactose). Oh, and protein shakes taste like a milkshake.
I now rely on eggwhites, nuts and meat for my protein.
