endpoint New member Sep 29, 2001 #6 so i guess its the same with biceps or pecs or any other muscle group.........you dont train them.......you just diet down so you can see them. yes granted you wont see your abs unless you have low bodyfat levels...........but come on people you need to work them. if not for looks.......but for stabalization in other exercises like standing presses or squats etc

endpoint New member Sep 30, 2001 #8 the floor is probably the worst place to do sit ups. the abs are best worked from a declined angle.....thats why i suggested a decline bench or a swiss ball. working the abs from the floor would be like doing 1/4 bicep curls
