work 12 hours and can only workout thur and fri mornings so how should I workout . i'll be jogging 3 times a week. this is for a male. before 9-11-01 i was workign out 3 times a week and going start back next week before i use to workout 1 day just on legs and the other 2 days upper body but now i'm limited to twice a week need advice
