What workouts to do, can only workout twice a week.

work 12 hours and can only workout thur and fri mornings so how should I workout . i'll be jogging 3 times a week. this is for a male. before 9-11-01 i was workign out 3 times a week and going start back next week before i use to workout 1 day just on legs and the other 2 days upper body but now i'm limited to twice a week need advice
 
Would do it like this if you wanna work the whole body in two workouts:
Day 1: chest/bi´s/upper legs
Day 2: Back/delts/ tri´s/calves

But, personally, I would work the whole body in three workouts.....even at two workouts per week. If you are not useing gear, it would be a grat rutine.

Also, if you´re a male, why the hell did you choose that nick??

Id go with the same workout...also get something you can use at your house...Ive actually tried the total gym..that chuck norris thing...and surprisingly i got a really decent workout off of it.
