i get my 99% whey protein isolate unflavored from a bakery wholesaler. it costs 22 australian a kilo (probably about $15 US) and i flavor it with whatever i like.

i want to try the myoplex stuff but daaaaaaaaaamn is it expensive! a shake costs as much as a steak burger!
