What do you Guys think. . . .

Here is my current chest routine:

Incline Hammer Strength Presses -> 3 x 10,7,5
Incline Dumbbell Presses -> 3 x 6-10
Parallel Weighted Dips -> 3 x 6-10
Flat Bench Dumbbell Flyes -> 3 x 6-10

I love to train for power, I start off with Incline Hammer Strength Presses to pre-exhaust my chest. I typically use them if I am without a spotter. What do you guys think?

lose the hammer strength. ask for a spot.

Yup. Lose the hammer strength and up your dbs by 10lbs each. Like gl said, get a spotter if you need it, but the higher weight will benefit you more. Two incline presses are redundant anyway. I've never seen any benefit to "exhausting the chest."

If you're gonna do dips for chest, that's fine. Just make sure you're leaning forward on them.
