i'm trying to tweak my diet here.. I am lifting 4 evenings a week.
I try and have a protein source, such as egg whites or tuna asap after my weights workout.
right before my weights workout, I'm currently eating (one hour pre)
one small apple,
1/4 - 1/2 cup of cottage cheese.
Is the apple a good idea?
this is usually my 4th meal of the day
