here's what i was doing last summer and it worked good for maintaining weight while burning off fat (started to gain a little bit too but then stress fucked my summer up).....
9am - shake w/oatmeal
1000am - gym
1130am - pwo shake (double whey w/oatmeal, held me over through 1.5 hour class and 1/2 hour drive home)
2pm - 1/2 dozen eggs, 2 pieces wheat toast
4pm - whole chicken leg
6pm - normal dinner
after that, it was a toss up as to what i ate. can of tuna with flax on wheat crackers, ANPB sandwich, maybe a bowl of ice cream thrown in there every other day, cottage cheese. i ate something decent.
before bed (around 11-12) - shake w/oatmeal
for a month and a half i maintained bodyweight yet was burning off fat that i had accumulated through a dirty as fuck bulking cycle. then major stress took over my life and eating went to shit. still, it was pretty clean and was working good.
