i want to run this diet thru the summer. Still eat what i want here and there but eat these on the daily to keep everything tight without going crazy with eating the same things.
i guess after my pw workout shake i can eat something at around 8ish. Maybe some kind of meat with steamed veggie?
i just get lazy when it gets late and dont want to eat too close to bed.
i tend to snack on almonds too.
