What day is HELL day?

My Hell day:
the day that the under21 all girl swim team is doing flexabilty classes for legs and hips.
in the other corner the under 18 netball all girl team is doing cardio on bikes and treadmills in bike shorts.
and the coach is yelling "snatch" and "jerk" commands to me.....when doing drills.

This is also the day i have to wear short shorts so the coach can see my thighs (for form reasons)

lucky thats only once a fortnight.

That's right. Besides I have found since I started squatting it is easier for me to hover over nasty toilets(like at rock concerts) when I take a shit. :d
 
my hell day was today "legs" man I hate doing them im almost ready to give up on them, but I always say that right after i get done doing them:rolleyes:
 
legs...and lower back

plus calves sucks with all that build up of lactic acid...... that crap isnt as painful as squats but dang it pisses me off and hurts.

great answer bro..i think leg day is the most painful..back is rpetty painful between, pullups, then bentover rows, then deads, but legs are killer too..

Recently it has been:
(all to failure)
3x Flat bench press
2x inlcine DB press
2x military press
2x flat flye's
2x cable crosses
4x dumbell side laterals
2x french press
2x reverse grip cable pushdowns
 
Gotta be back day........after deads rows and chins im wasted.........i go to the changing room feelin drained........this is also the day when i sweat profusely in the gym!!!!!!!
 
CHEST- all day- sets of Beyond failure training- we call em triple threat sets- dont know the link to the article, but we cry like babies! first set to failure then 3 forced.....second set drop 30lbs..same thing...by the third even with a drop of weight- seems as heavy as the first..!
