What can I expect from this meal plan?

If you add in 2-3 pounds of hamburger to it...it is REALLY good.

Eat how you like...I can only give advice on what works for me.

yeah, you gotta add the beef.

take what a 'serving size' is..and eat at LEAST twice that

I think what I'm going to do is have at least three tuna sandwiches daily, and on weekends when I would normally have five use hamburger helper, subway sandwiches, or some other kind of meal to replace the tuna. I can't stand five sandwiches a day anyway, that's a bit much. ;)

A couple others and I have said this before but it bears repeating. You must follow DC's diet plan along with the training. You will gain very little fat because of the carb cut-off and occasional morning cardio. But you need to be eating far more than you are now. When you start eating at least 360 g of protein a day (twice your bw) and a large number of calories, along with the DC training, you won't even BELIEVE how fast your gains will be.

find a nutrition or metabolism book and find out how many cals you burn a day. now add 500to 1000 cals on top of this amount, this will add 1-2lbs a week to you since 3500cals is roughly a pound. I burn on average about 3200 a day so I eat about 4200 when bulking and only 3400 ( I know this seems weird but to maintain I need a little more since i still try to put on more mass and lose a little bf) when maintaing, and 2700 when cutting

Why are you taking olive oil post workout? wouldn't that slow down absorbtion of the much needed protein?

how much do you weigh anyway?

I really should weigh myself because I haven't in awhile. I'm just guessing, but probably ~170. Watch, I'm like... 190.

Debaser, about the carb-cutoff thing... it said like trace carbs only after 6-7 PM, I believe (like those found in milk and something else)... does this mean I can have milk after those hours? Milk is like water to me, I drink it so much. Is it okay to have 2 slices of bread (for a sandwich) after 6-7 PM also?

Hitting 2gP/LB-BW is pretty tough. I can score just under that mark. I'll definately hit 2x on training days though.

if i weren't such a blob it would probably be easier for me to eat more than .8 grams pr/lb of bodyweight.
