What are everyone's stats in here?

The bros that train in kilos (europe, s. america) will get weird stats in pounds. Example : 35 kilos on each side of the bench, plus the 20 kilo bar. that equals 198lbs - not 200lbs.

The great thing about decreasing the volume, is that you can now afford to up the intensity. Since you will be doing less sets/reps, you can go at each lift like its the last one you will ever do. )As opposed to those who spend 3 hours in the gym sandbagging each lift because they know they need to reserve the energy.) Keep it up, you will grow.

That might not look so brilliant, but I have only been training seriously with diet etc since March this year when I was about 180 or so.

I have to say that when they say consistant diet is the key, they mean it, I have not deviated from one meal since then, I may have eaten differently, or if Ive not felt like eating I would drink a MRP shake, but I have always got my calories and the difference it makes is just unbelievable.

I would actuallyt class myself as a hardgainer with my metabolism, I am eating 4,350 calories just to maintain that weight and will soon be at 5,000. It is v.hard eating like that in summer!!

300 SITUPS 3X A WEEK I DO CARDIO , I DO 50 LEG LIFTS ON EACH LEG . NOT YET BUFFED BUT IM WORKING ON IT . I JUST STARTED MY TRAINING A WEEK AGO I LIFT A 15LB WEIGHT FOR MY ARMS TO START WITH I WILL GRAD. PUT MORE ON AS THE WEEKS GO BY . WELL GOOD LUCK FOR THE REST OF YALL HOPE EVERYTHING KEEPS GOING GOOD FOR YALL AND HOPEFULY IN A FEW MONTHS ILL BE IN GREAT SHAPE LIKE YALL ..;)
