squat: 375lbs (old lumbar injury hurts me on this lift)
deadlift 315 for 4 reps (see above again)
leg press; 900lbs for 6 reps
135 lb bb curl for 3 reps
50lb db incline curls
standing calve raise with 700lbs for 8 reps

I'll be 24 next week...getting old:)

Keep working...you'll be bigger and beyond. I hope to be one of the big boys when I am about 28 or so...hope to be lean at a bodyweight of 320 or so. Not ripped....lean.

210 (my weight fluctuates quite a bit, have been as big as 225)

never measured myself...

max bench was 315x1
rep 225

max squat... uh I don't know
rep 315

max leg press....never maxed
rep twelve 45 pound plates

deadlift 405 for reps

been lifting on and off for about 4 years, its hard to stay focused when your in the military and always moving around
