What a Clean Diet Does....A Progress Report!

Hi Daisy! Agree with you on the diet thing....when I eat clean I really see the difference. I made my lunch for tomorrow & have 3 meals with only 794 calories so far. I may need to add food.....

Oh by the way, your undies are soooo cute! Love the blue boy shorts.

Hey Daisy,
In your diet you had listed almonds but not an amount. I was just wondering how much it was that you ate? Also saw that you put Natural PB in your shake how much like a tablespoon? My shake that I am taking has a really sweet taste to it I think PB may take the edge off it.

Almonds - usually between 15-30 unsalted almonds throughout the day

PB - 1-2 tbsp, can depend on what I ate the rest of the day. Usually was 1 tbsp though. :)

Sounds good. I was thinking of putting like a tablespoon of chopped almonds in my no fat yougurt as one of my snacks. Yeah I think a table spoon of the peanutbutter in my shake would take the edge of the sweet tase it has.

Does sound pretty yummy... but one thing (not that you asked, so this is unsolicited, sorry) I would recommend is watching the sugar content of yogurt. It might not have fat, but the sugar content is usually kinda on the high side. JMHO. :)

Your advise is more than welcome. I went to the fridge to check out the content of my yogurt 57 calories 4.5 g protien 9g carbs. Sounds alright to me but what do you think?

Not bad - I've never seen yogurt with that few carbs. But then again, I usually look for the yogurt with the fruit in it. :) lol

It seems quite minimal, with only 9carbs and 57cals. Especially if you enjoy it and it can help keep you sane and not binge on candy or something. :)

Yeah this has just a drop of fruit in it maybe one berry a serving. It is ok as a snack I think the chopped almonds will make it a little more filling. It is Astro fat free not sure if they have that brand in the US. I like the fruit bottom stuff better but that is more as a treat.
