My weight training was minimal - 2-3 times a week, hitting each body part 1x a week. Weight training was hard, but not overly intense. My focus was on cardio and diet. Diet being the #1 thing. But like I already said, I naturally hold onto muscle pretty well, even in a calorie deficit.
Diet was the factor here. Notice I was NOT taking any drugs to do this either - no Clen, no Cytomel, no anabolics. You don't need drugs to lose weight/fat. You need a good diet.
