What a Clean Diet Does....A Progress Report!

nothing like being called hot by a bunch of girls...seriously! Us girls are always so hard on each other so it is nicer to be called hot by girls sometimes. :)

Thanks for everyone's support and nice words...it means a lot. :)
 
LOL Daisy Girl. After I met Spatts I told everyone that she is hot. Maybe because of our interests, we're more impressed by and aware of the hard work that goes into achieving "hotness."
 
My weight training was minimal - 2-3 times a week, hitting each body part 1x a week. Weight training was hard, but not overly intense. My focus was on cardio and diet. Diet being the #1 thing. But like I already said, I naturally hold onto muscle pretty well, even in a calorie deficit.

Diet was the factor here. Notice I was NOT taking any drugs to do this either - no Clen, no Cytomel, no anabolics. You don't need drugs to lose weight/fat. You need a good diet.

On your cheat day did you have anything you wanted?

And good for you that you've posted the 'before' pics, those are so inspirational because often when we see very in-shape or fit people, we think they always were that way. Lucky genetics. You show that ANY of us can do it if we put our minds to it. Thank you!

Oh yeah - it was a free-for-all food fest at my house. :) I honestly tried to keep it to a minimum, but sometimes I don't know moderation. :)

I am going to start scaling back on my cheat days, I will make smarter choices and try to only splurge on the food I am actually craving, not eat everything in sight. lol.

Sunday's are cheat days for me and I don't workout that day either. I sometimes took an easy 30 min walk, but that is it.

I don't recommend the free-for-all approach, in hindsight I think it was a bit much. :)
