Weight cutting/gym gear

Hi

Looking to hear from anyone else who likes to layer up at the gym to work out or cut weight. I usually do a couple hours (1 hr lifting, 1 hr cardio) in 2-3 sweatsuits over long johns with full finger gloves and sometimes a facemask. Anyone else do the same?

I wouldn't be able to move with all that!!!

what you loose with all that is water, which you will gain after you drink again... I would say, concentrate on your diet and cardio... the rest will come alone.

(I am answering on the basis this is not just a joke)
 
I don't see any point to that other than overheating and hurting yourself.

I challenge someone to show me a study that says you burn more calories when you are hotter. I agree with pintoca that it is just water you are losing more of.
