Hi
Looking to hear from anyone else who likes to layer up at the gym to work out or cut weight. I usually do a couple hours (1 hr lifting, 1 hr cardio) in 2-3 sweatsuits over long johns with full finger gloves and sometimes a facemask. Anyone else do the same?
