Agreed. Setting goals, keeping a log, keeping track, adding spice and flavor and creating substitutions that will let you stay clean and have a flavor that's something of a comfort food is the way to keep willpower strong.

It's about moderation and commitment. Willpower is really just the motivation to reach the goals you've set for yourself (and knowing whether or not your goals are realistic; if your goals are completely unrealistic, so is the idea that you can achieve them).

I got what I wanted, good ass feed back. I am using this thread to help me change my life, and keep it where I want it until death. I guest I came of wrong...sorry bro

Happened to me last night. Went out with my cousins and we ended up at this BBQ place that's BOMB!!!!!!!!! I just had to have some. It's my favorate place to have southern style BBQ. Most of the time, I never give in though. I find eating just a handful of peanuts and 3 glasses of water will make me full. The rest of the night, I'll drink diet coke.
