Hey I know we have talked before about my gf. So here is an update. I took her off the omna 250 and just left her on the clen and t3. The omna caused her alot of bloating which will go away in time so it is very hard to see how well the clen and t3 burned off fat. My question is about how much protein she should be taken in a day.

The ladies here beat me to death about the amounts of protien she was on and felt she should be on around 300 grams a day. I do not agree. What do you think. My GF is only 5' tall 132lbs and 100lbs of muscle at the most and has only been training around 10 months now. I take in 400 grams a day on cycle and I am 5'11 230lbs and have trained for several years. Wouldn't a better approach for her be around 1.5 grams per lb of lean mass? I am sure that the ladies on the board have alot more muscle then my gf and have been training alot longer. Whats you input Warlobo? Thanks L2L

Ladies of elite I need help for GF please
Hi my gf has been training now for 9 months. She is doing 40 minutes of treadmill after her weights 5 days a week and she does not miss a workout unless she is dying. She is on her 2nd week of Omna250 1/2 cc a week, clen and t3 on a ramp up ramp down program (did our homework first) She is doing around 75 grams of carbs and 140grams protien and 30 grams of clean fat a day with one cheat meal a week.

So far she has managed to drop 5 dress sizes from February and weighs 132 now down from 148. Problem is she has alot of fat around her abs which is still covering the defintion and it does not seem to be going away same problem in glute area as well. All else is shaping up very well. Will this current cycle bring tht BF down quite a bit or will it just build muscle underneth the fat?

ok thanks I will check the threads but for now do you agree that a women at her level does not need over 200 grams of protein a day at a lean mass of 100 lbs?
 
She should take in 1.0 to 1.5 grams of protein in per lb of weight...Consuming a lot of clean protein is great for her...will help w/ her muscle building she does not need to consume as much as you obviously but I would say anywhere around 150-200 grams...at least 100 grams at the minimum...She doesnt need 300 grams a day..is she having a hard time consuming that much food or other issues?? YES take her OFF T3..not a good idea if you are not on AS.....Just good ol clean diet and a simple ECA stack is fine..morning cardio on an empty stomach and some heavy training will do the trick:)

Also protein drinks do not carry with them the thermogenic affect that protein you eat does. And if fat loss is your objective you need all the thermogenics you can get. And yes LEARNING to eat is very important too. I love to eat...but at my bodyweight, and as much as I train, the amount of food I have to consume is ridiculous. It's a discipline you have to learn.
