you have no clue the kind of matabolism you're talking about there. It isn't even in the realm of your understanding what that man's metabolism is capable of. He could digest pebbles, would suck coming out but he could do it. That guy is on another planet compared to us. He could not however eat mcnuggets as his dietary staple year round. He would not have become what he is on that diet. They talked about what he grew up eating during the olympics, it wasn't fast food.

Plus, it's entirely possible he's trying to get a deal or already has one with McDonalds. It's like bodybuilders telling us they put on 50lbs of lean mass with this new protein shake. You don't beleive them do you?

1) He obviously has a higher metabolism.

2) He obviously has a different muscle/fat composition.

3) He is obviously more finely-tuned as an athlete.

He is not, however, a different species. And it wouldn't be hard for someone to refute him eating those mcnuggets -- the evidence we have suggests he ate a ton of them.

This underscores the fact that your body is just a big blast furnace. Sure, you could load it up with trans fats or ridiculous amounts of sucrose/glucose, but the vast, vast, vast majority of mainstream food eaten in appropriate caloric amounts will all be equivalent.

I know it's fun, trendy and downright eclectic to think some cow who wandered the countryside listening to Beethoven makes meat that is somewhat better for human consumption. The problem is it just isn't.

If he could digest pebbles, why would it suck coming out?

Lotteries are a tax on people who don't understand statistics.

Organic food is a tax on people who don't understand biochemistry.
