Hi,

Alright, I'm a little distressed and somewhat confused. 4 weeks ago, I started a 140mg eod of Fina and 600mg of Spectro Testen ew. However, 4 weeks have passed and I have seen very little gains..about only 6lbs. I dont know what I am doing wrong. On average, I am having 3-4 protein shakes a day, keeping my protein up, training hard, but still the gains have not come.

I am on Arimidex, so is that the reason the water gains are null and I am waiting for actual muscle gains? One more piece of info is that I do smoke a one pape every night to get to bed. Could the weed be surpressing my gains?

Or am I trippin, and it's still too early?

If it were just the test/arimidex combo, I would say 6lbs in 4 weeks was excellent and it still is good with your combo. Still, with the fina, you should have seen some more weight and definite strength/hardness increases by now, which you do not mention. What brand of fina is it, homebrew, spectro, etc? If it is legit, then I would look at your caloric intake. Still, 6lbs ain't bad depending on your cycle history.
 
You said you are taking three shakes a day and trying to keep your protein up.
All good but you will need to raise your over all caloric intake up. You should be eating a minimum of 4-5 k a day spread thou out at least 6 meals a day.
And make sure are getting 8 or more hours of sleep every day.
 
Like the others said make sure you're getting at least 4k cals/ED. Post your diet. Also, for some, myself included, Tren makes me strong as heck but doesn't throw on the weight that much. Test does that for me. Although Arimidex will help keep the water weight off and Enanthate will take a while to kick in.
 
4000 cals dont even know how much he weighs..thast could be overkill IMO

My last cycle I did 4000 at 185 and gained way to much fat. Im using weight x 20 from here on out

3 proteinshakes..so vague ..how many scoops, when are your takingt hem and what your mixing them with.

Even if your using two scoops of generic way thats only 120 G protein and unless you weigh 80LBS that isnt going to cut it

how many G of carbs and protein ?? ? ? and how much do u weigh ???


I did not see much weight on Fina and test either but i was hard as a rock and very vascular
 
This is my third cycle.
Im 204lbs 12% body fat
I am getting 8 hours of sleep a day
The Fina is Finabolin Gold by Negma Labs
I'll probably need my calories up, cuz I doubt Im having 4000 cals.

Heres my diet:

Breakfast: A big bowl of Pasta with chicken
Snack: Shake
Snack: Oatmeal Bar
Lunch: Steak and Cheese Sub from Subway
Snack: Shake
Snack: 2 Bio-Protein Bars
Dinner: Steak, or Chicken, or Fish
Snack: 3 granola bars
Bed-Time: Shake

Strength is waaaaay up. Used to curl 60lbs dumbells 10 times. Now curl 75lbs dumbells 10 times. etc, etc.
So it is real. I will probably get the calories up.

Is there still time to save the cycle ?
