Snack: Shake
Snack: Oatmeal Bar
Lunch: Steak and Cheese Sub from Subway
Snack: Shake
Snack: 2 Bio-Protein Bars
Dinner: Steak, or Chicken, or Fish
Snack: 3 granola bars
Bed-Time: Shake
Strength is waaaaay up. Used to curl 60lbs dumbells 10 times. Now curl 75lbs dumbells 10 times. etc, etc.
So it is real. I will probably get the calories up.
Is there still time to save the cycle ?
Your diet sucks but you are still gaining, you should feel the enanthate soon and apparently you are already feeling the fina since your strength is up.
