Upper body workout for a woman needed

I'm looking for some info on an upper body workout for a woman. She is in excellent shape and teaches a high-intensity weight/cardio class (I forget the name of it) twice a week. She also does regular cardio a few times a week and is left with 2 days to weight train. Lower body workout is solid. Looking for a good upper body workout that hits it all. Her goals are like every other woman. Wants to tone more. :) Bodyfat is low. She's just looking for fresh ideas. Help me out here.

I am talking about a one day workout.

Dumbell slight incline BP 3x 8

Underhand pullups 2 setsX 8

Bent row 3x8

Dumbell shoulder press 2x8

Side laterals 2x8

Barbell curls 3x8

Skull crushers 3 x8

If this gets easy add one set, then eventually add 1 then 2 sets of a different exercise to each body part.

To add more intensity and work, add dips, deadlifts, close grip bench press, when needed.

That looks good. I guess your thinking some good compound movements would be best for a one day workout.

Well, you don`t want to do concentration curls, if you`re working out once a week. Also not ALL the movements are compound and brutal like deadlifts. She can ease into it with the variety that is there and then has the option to do the deads, and dips etc. I don`t know how motivated she is.

I don`t like to overwhelm someone with EVERYTHING at once. You`ll make gains both ways.

I`m sure the other peeps can give thier input but at least you got an idea with this. You can`t really go wrong with it. good luck
