My diet is high protein. Protein shake and oatmeal in the morning. Handful of nuts at 10:30. Lean cuisine at lunch. Yogurt in afternoon. Chicken breast or protein bar for dinner (I am in school at night). Eggs before bed. Here are two more new ones.
