well i havent been on the boards in a week and a half, due to me getting kicked out of my house. im staying at a friends house but im barely ever here except to sleep, so i dont get on the comp. i took the last week and a half off of lifting due to the fact that i wasnt eatting enough cuz i felt sick all the time. i went yesterday to find i had lost the 10 pounds i gained when i was bulking. so now im trying to find out where im going with my lifting, i felt much much weaker yesterday on chest/tri day, and thats usually the day i shine. im about to go to the gym to do bi/back. i still feel sick but i need to get into the gym.

You alright man? Why did you get kicked, if you don't mind me asking.
Umm...careful, cortisol suppresses the immune system. Psychological trauma (stress, depression, anxiety etc) can cause weight loss too (cortisol floating around even when you're not training). I would personally take a break...but its up to you.

Good luck and feel better.

Wow that sucks man. Gotta get back in the game mentally first, then you'll feel better physically.

Glad to see you back Lee. Just take it easy bro. I know you're itching to get back into it, but your body is dookie right now...let it heal. Consider it necessary recovery time. Do some light weights, cardio, AR stuff, etc. Don't be going and doing 700 lb deads while you're all tore up bro. You'll be back...don't worry.:)

Hope things work out for you. Things sound kinda messy for you right now. If you need to vent, pm me man.

Hang in there. It`s a bump in the road allbeit a BIG bump., but things will work out.

We`re all here and not going anywhere.

Everything in life happens for a reason. Even if that reason is just to teach you never to take anything for granted.

Keep your hopes up and a clear focus and you will be fine.

Cheers,

thx for the advice guys. ive been back to the gym twice, took today off. both days i did lighter weight then before with less volume just cuz im tryin to regain what i lost right now. im still not doin too good mentally, just really stressed out and blue right now. i think tommorow im not gonna go out at all, i usually go out every day and chill wth friends, but i think its taking a toll on me mentally.
