for best results, mix in a blender with 20 oz. skim milk. The resultant will fit in a 1 qt. bottle for ease of storage. It will settle down after some time, but easily shakes back up.

imo...nothing is better than isopure....well i do like the labrada for her stuff.....but the isopure tropical packs are my fav! you cant go wrong with those flavors.

3 heaping scoops, 8 ounces of sunkist orange soda, 8 ounces of water or milk. Damn good.

sugar is kinda high though

I drink 2 or 3 a day
