for best results, mix in a blender with 20 oz. skim milk. The resultant will fit in a 1 qt. bottle for ease of storage. It will settle down after some time, but easily shakes back up.

imo...nothing is better than isopure....well i do like the labrada for her stuff.....but the isopure tropical packs are my fav! you cant go wrong with those flavors.

3 heaping scoops, 8 ounces of sunkist orange soda, 8 ounces of water or milk. Damn good.

sugar is kinda high though

I drink 2 or 3 a day

I really like Isopure too. Tonight I was noticing I was pretty low on cals, fat, and carbs so I threw in 1 tbsp natural pb and half a banana in vanilla flavor with water. It tastes like ice cream and really isn't too bad. I found some locally made nat. pb that is so good it's incredible...and only 5 carbs per 2 tbsp. Not too bad....especially when my sweet tooth is going.

I'll have to think about it if I'm going to buy some triple but I just bought a ton of iso last week so I think that's enough whey for now.

i like triple threat, but i think optimum whey protien taste better, and champion nutrition whey protien taste better its just incredible..that stuff beats ice cream.
