I cut down on the duration of my rests between sets and exercises. Down to about a minute, a minute and a half for the 20 rep deads. By the end of this i was sweating like mad, tired, and really hungry.
Best of all i stayed hungry all day and downed about 10 cans of tuna, among other things.
Im curious though, is this an efficient way to train. Ive heard upping your intensity really helps release GH, but my sets have lower reps or slightly lower poundages than normal because of the shorter rests
Any thoughts on this?
