Tren E Log. Let's get big and sexy.

Well as of late I've been having a bowl of whole oats accompanying my eggs and whey in the am
No more carbs throughout the day except one serving of green beans.. Which aren't even a complete carb. I do that for three days.
Than on day 4 I have white bread in the am. Oatmeal in the afternoon, one carb per meal.
Than back to the 3 day cycle.
I would rather cut quickly while still on and not put my body in a harder state of recovery for pct..

Thats not alot of carbs as is. Considering your using only 1 cup of oats for that "bowl" which would be about 50g. Your not just eating a "big bowl" of oats are you? That could be like 100g right there if your not measuring.

Seeing as your not consuming alot of carbs, what is your fat intake?

Well 1/3 of a cup is 30g.. So I am getting a serving of 60 carbs per "bowl"
 
I feel like I am decently lean but I really think the problem is not working my abs.. My sides are striated and my arms and back aren't fatty... I use a lot of core for compound lifts but I don't know man. Maybe they look worse to me than other people?
 
I get about 300g of protein a day now.
Probably anywhere from. 150-200g of fat.
And I haven't really counted carbs ever as bad as that sounds.
I've just tried to stick to a clean regiment,
But I've done no ab work and put on some serious poundage with this tren so my stomachs is a source of disappointment for me now..

If you wanna cut now bro get that fat down to like 60g daily. Get the carbs at or under 100g!!!

Get a food scale. You need to be measuring and weighing everything. Use fitday.com to calculate everything. Its awsome.

I'm gonna run something by you.
I'm gonna have about 2 cups of oatmeal a day for my carbs.
That's 120 but almost 100.
I'll minimize fats by sticking to mostly my meat protein source. Skim milk if any. And aaa lot of water.
Sound good?

Cut those carbs back bro. instead of 1 cup oats each time have 2/3 cup. Get em at 100 or less. Mix your shakes in water. NO dairy. Fats gotta go.

Where's your protein at now bro? If your eating lean meat then it should be no problem. You could also mix your shakes with liquid egg whites instead of water or milk. Theres an instant 20-30g increase per shake. Little slimey but doesnt taste bad.

I eat 30 oz chicken daily in 4 meals(7oz, 7oz, 7oz, 9oz) , then 3 shakes. 1 breakfast with egg whites in it, 1 pre workout in water, 1 PWO in water, apx 440-450g protein. If that ain't enough protein......... :)
