Well as of late I've been having a bowl of whole oats accompanying my eggs and whey in the am
No more carbs throughout the day except one serving of green beans.. Which aren't even a complete carb. I do that for three days.
Than on day 4 I have white bread in the am. Oatmeal in the afternoon, one carb per meal.
Than back to the 3 day cycle.
I would rather cut quickly while still on and not put my body in a harder state of recovery for pct..
Thats not alot of carbs as is. Considering your using only 1 cup of oats for that "bowl" which would be about 50g. Your not just eating a "big bowl" of oats are you? That could be like 100g right there if your not measuring.
Seeing as your not consuming alot of carbs, what is your fat intake?
