Tren E Log. Let's get big and sexy.

Shoulders was gay. Left self was overworked from chest it appears. Couldn't get it to loosen up.. Stretched for ever and a day.. Anyway ..

How did the drag curls treat you bro?


On your shoulder days bro instead of alot of pre workout stretching (which can actually be a bad thing) you might want to try 10-15 min of 120-130bpm cardio to fill your muscles with blood. Then arm circles in both directions with 5 lb plates. Then a rotator rehab type movement for like 3-4 sets of 15 with 10 lb plates(Rotator Cuff Exercises for Weightlifters - YouTube)
the first movement he does and also at around 1:25(without the funky bar thing)
I do this on shoulder/back/chest day. Everything shoulder related will be full of blood and have a slight pump and be ready to pound iron. Then do your stretching post workout.

Thank you brother. Unfortunatley I learned all this the hard way and am constantly getting prolotherapy, shoulder PT, ect ect... GHRH, TB500, ect trying to fix all the shit I fucked up.

Shoulders, chest, back...... doesnt matter...... rotator cuff tendon and rotator muscle "PREhab" is the best solution. It adds a half hour onto your gym time but its well worth it.

the drag curls absolutely obliterated mr arms haha.. felt awesome.. i could feel them getting tight and bulging it was insane.

Just running tren alone have you had any Ed or libido issues. What are you taking to aid with that. Always thought without test these would be issues
 
Because bro science would lead you to believe that.
When actual science would definitely clash with the old monachre that test must be the base for every cycle.
a low dose of tren e or a around 250-350mg a week is more than sufficient.
The ed and lack of libido is due to raised pro;actin, keep that in check with b6/caber and or prami.. or even prolactrone.
to add in test would just complocvate because now u need an estrogen inhibitor.
 
Tren is very anabolic and androgenic. You can run it by itself and still be fine. Ed like trav said is due to the prolactin. Keep that under control and your good to go.

I am going to stack my next cycle like this though. Gotta take an Ai but I planned on using forma the whole time anyways.

I was thinking about a chicken breast green bean and shake only diet for 25 days, I want to see how "ripped" I can get without losing a holes hole lot of muscle mass..

A few wheel shots.. They are actually striated and separated decently due to unfortunate lighting you can't really tell. I am however proud of them I had chicken legs prior lol

I think it sounds likes a great idea, although when I go lower carbs on tren I tend to get very lethargic. Maybe throw a bowl of oatmeal in some time in the morning, I'm almost certain your body fat would drop significantly

Nice! Yeah Im wanting to run a lean bulk/ strength stack over the winter then cut up with tren a in spring. Both cycles will have tren tho lol!
 
K boys today was first day of my "chicken only" diet.
All I've had today is 4 meals each consisting of only one large chicken breast and green beans.
I have had one shake so far about to take my second. And casein before bed

You might wanna do 1-2 Refeeds with very high carbs, very low fat and constant Protein to avoid a decrease in Leptin and Thyroid Levels!

Great work bro. Next leg day try a 5x20. Take a light weight like 135 and just squat 5 sets of 20 reps each. 3 minutes rest between.
Then pick a reasonable weight and do the same with stiff leg deads.

See if that doesnt make your quads and hams explode!

super strict low carb diet,keep killing it in the gym and more tren+var is the short answer.
 
What's the best way to reduce carbs? I've heard everything from to balls to the wall.. Or 3 days no carbs and one day load.. Fuxkin confusing lol

Well as of late I've been having a bowl of whole oats accompanying my eggs and whey in the am
No more carbs throughout the day except one serving of green beans.. Which aren't even a complete carb. I do that for three days.
Than on day 4 I have white bread in the am. Oatmeal in the afternoon, one carb per meal.
Than back to the 3 day cycle.
I would rather cut quickly while still on and not put my body in a harder state of recovery for pct..
 
I get about 300g of protein a day now.
Probably anywhere from. 150-200g of fat.
And I haven't really counted carbs ever as bad as that sounds.
I've just tried to stick to a clean regiment,
But I've done no ab work and put on some serious poundage with this tren so my stomachs is a source of disappointment for me now..

Thats not alot of carbs as is. Considering your using only 1 cup of oats for that "bowl" which would be about 50g. Your not just eating a "big bowl" of oats are you? That could be like 100g right there if your not measuring.

Seeing as your not consuming alot of carbs, what is your fat intake?

Well 1/3 of a cup is 30g.. So I am getting a serving of 60 carbs per "bowl"
 
I feel like I am decently lean but I really think the problem is not working my abs.. My sides are striated and my arms and back aren't fatty... I use a lot of core for compound lifts but I don't know man. Maybe they look worse to me than other people?

I'm gonna run something by you.
I'm gonna have about 2 cups of oatmeal a day for my carbs.
That's 120 but almost 100.
I'll minimize fats by sticking to mostly my meat protein source. Skim milk if any. And aaa lot of water.
Sound good?

Cut those carbs back bro. instead of 1 cup oats each time have 2/3 cup. Get em at 100 or less. Mix your shakes in water. NO dairy. Fats gotta go.

Where's your protein at now bro? If your eating lean meat then it should be no problem. You could also mix your shakes with liquid egg whites instead of water or milk. Theres an instant 20-30g increase per shake. Little slimey but doesnt taste bad.

Haha yeah. I need a food measure but all I know is the huge chicken breasts I get have 64g if protein per breast . But these other ones I've been buying are still a good size I just don't know how much there really is

Fitday.com bro. People have been telling me forever. I gave in Monday. It makes everything sooooo much easier. And yes....get a scale.
 
fitday is the shit , i used it for a long time and logged intake everyday ...and it wont take long before you can just fine tune the diet from memory.

Just to give you an idea of my carb intake on last cutter , 30g of oats in the morning was a portion.i had that with 2 scoops of whey and 3g of fish oil.

people run a mile from simple carbs during a cut but my next meal was 30g of OJ with 6 whole eggs ( just so i could chug the eggs )...yep WHOLE eggs,no egg white dork here ..lol j/k

apple preworkout...green veg in pwo meal and that was pretty much my carb intake for 8 weeks... leaned me out quick-style while i was runing tren/test.
and ill tell you straight up - for refeed + sanity ? ... pizza on fridays nights with all the good shit on it..down the hatch. BF still kept droppin .
