Tren E Log. Let's get big and sexy.

A few wheel shots.. They are actually striated and separated decently due to unfortunate lighting you can't really tell. I am however proud of them I had chicken legs prior lol

Great work bro. Next leg day try a 5x20. Take a light weight like 135 and just squat 5 sets of 20 reps each. 3 minutes rest between.
Then pick a reasonable weight and do the same with stiff leg deads.

See if that doesnt make your quads and hams explode!
 
Got a bit of a question/comparison for you guys. I only have a few shots left of this tren and want to lean out before pct.. Don't wanna deprive my already in recovery body lol.
I'm going to post a pic from last week.. Slack pose and a comparison.. I'd like any feedback on how to attain the goal pic.
Open to any and all constructive criticism.

super strict low carb diet,keep killing it in the gym and more tren+var is the short answer.
 
What's the best way to reduce carbs? I've heard everything from to balls to the wall.. Or 3 days no carbs and one day load.. Fuxkin confusing lol
 
whats your carb intake look like now bro?

Well as of late I've been having a bowl of whole oats accompanying my eggs and whey in the am
No more carbs throughout the day except one serving of green beans.. Which aren't even a complete carb. I do that for three days.
Than on day 4 I have white bread in the am. Oatmeal in the afternoon, one carb per meal.
Than back to the 3 day cycle.
I would rather cut quickly while still on and not put my body in a harder state of recovery for pct..
 
I get about 300g of protein a day now.
Probably anywhere from. 150-200g of fat.
And I haven't really counted carbs ever as bad as that sounds.
I've just tried to stick to a clean regiment,
But I've done no ab work and put on some serious poundage with this tren so my stomachs is a source of disappointment for me now..
