my goal is to get definition in my muscles, how much protein should I shoot for in a day as g/lb? what days would you all suggest I do cardio for fat loss, and if you guys happen to have a clean eating diet please share it with me! also please share other exercises that would work these muscles as i don't happen to know very many, thank you...here it is:
monday:
chest: bench press (incline, or decline, or flat)
tris:tricep pressdown, skull crusher, standing overhead press
shoulders:lateral raises, bent over lateral raises
tuesday:
legs: squat, leg extensions, leg curls, calf raises
wednesday:
back: shouldershrugs, lat pull-down
biceps: standing bar curls, preacher curls
thursday:
legs: very light weight exercises unknown so far
friday:
rest, basketball game
saturday:
rest, basketball game
sunday:
rest
