Doing heavy closegrip benches this friday may have torn something in my left tri/shoulder area. I feel ALOT of strain (or did for that whole day) and it hurts to stretch the tri over there now. I forced out 5x5 all 25 reps and like was trembling on the way up for the last 2 of the final set... it was insane but i forced em out and then my arms like broke =/
