No that's not very many at all. From AM to PM I put down 35 pills. Just make sure you're drinking a lot of water to hell flush your system. I also drink some detox tea when I wake up and before bed.

Damn! May I ask what you take?
And I'm gunnu take out green tea and just drink it in the morning instead, do you think Hawthorn berries or garlic pills are helping me? I know I'm alittle young to be worrying about cholesterol or blood pressure lol

I take animal pak, animal stak and animal cuts. When I'm on cycle I take even more. I really am sick of swallowing so many pills so sometimes I crush them to powder and mix them with a shake or something.

You're young enough that you don't need that stuff. Are you natty? If so I'd just say just take a multi and some glucosamine for your joints.

Damnnn, hah and no I'm natty, what's your stats bro? How do you like the animal products?

This is my first run at animal products. So far I'm liking them. The pak pills are big as fuck so it's hard getting them down.

Hi Hulk

I don't think the question of how many pills you take is very important. It's more a case of how much product is in the pills, and what products are they?

Multivitamin 2 caps
Probably the only supplement you really might need to take in the absence of a established deficiency in other nutrients. I assume each capsule is either RDA or 50% of RDA.
Multivitamins are a basic allrounder to ensure whatever vital nutrients are missing from your diet are provided in the supplement.

Hawthorn berrys 2 caps
There is some evidence to show hawthorn can strengthen heart muscles and offer general benefits for circulatory system health.

Garlic 1 cap
Garlic has been supported in research for its function as a anti-oxidant. It's much touted for its apparent ability to prevent common colds or/and to shorten the length of common cold. Garlic is also claimed to have a positive effect on blood pressure and for reducing - somewhat - arterial resistance.

Green tea extract 2 caps
Another herb or plant acclaimed for anti-oxidant properties and heart health. Green Tea is a favourite among fitness enthusiasts and bodybuilders for boosting metabolism and thus increasing mobilisation of fatty tissues.

Fish oil 2 caps (sometimes)
Recommended for individuals with low oily fish intake, or a lack of Omega 3 (and elements of) in the diet. Believed to help reduce total cholesterol and bad cholesterols (LDL, VLDL) and raise good cholesterol (HDL, VHDL).
Many people take it for its pain relief properties in joints and bones, much like they do for glucosamine and chondroitin. Many fish oil supplements vary in the amount of EPA (Eicosapentaenoic Acid) and DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid) in them, and comparatively speaking the more EPA and DHA per capsule, the better. Due to the relatively small amounts in a normal cod liver oil/fish oil tablet, we find many people, bodybuilders included, take several grammes of oil per day to take advantage of the raw and precious compounds in them.

Fish oils are good for brain function and well-being, and not just good for heart health and so on. Two capsules (500-1000mg) per day of oil is ample for general health if you also include dietary sources of fish and veggies.

For an 18-year old lad, you appear to be very conscious of heart and circulatory health. Do you have any hear problems or do they run in your family?

As for your liver and kidneys? These supplements are total dietary and herbal supplements. Your body deals with stuff like this on a daily 24/7 basis. In fact, some of the pills you're taking will likely have a positive effect on your kidney and liver health as opposed to a detrimental one. The only questions I'd ask myself are:

What is my state of health?
Why am I taking these supplements?
Do I need to take these supplements?
What dietary or lifestyle changes could I make to further improve my health?
Is there any supplements that would be more appropiate and in-line with increasing my health than the ones I currently use?

All the best.

I also asked my self the same question....

I'm learning and completely open to all criticism so that I can learn and gain knowledge.

Thanks for your time!

Hi sjcannon08

Five months and 40Ibs of weight loss! Well done on that brother:). Perfect pace for fat loss too, at around 2Ib per week. I bet you kept quite a lot muscle mass then.
My supplement intake is very similar to yours, minus the designer stuff except Forma Stanzol, which I absolutely love. Not saying this for pluggin' reasons or sales etc., but Forma is the single best supplement I've ever bought. I use it for AI reasons and it does the job tremendously, and much better than I'd expected (even with all the hype). It's also having an unexpectedly wonderful effect on my mood, sense of well-being, and is drying my visceral water/fat out at a slow but steady rate.

My only concern with your list is the aspirin intake. 75mg per day is the therapeutic dose per tablet in the UK and I assume with yours being 81mg per tablet, you are in the USA.
Your intake of >500mg is going to take its toll on your intestines over time. It is well known to cause intestinal distress, gall and kidney stones, heart burn, indigestion, ulcers, and all sorts of nasties at doses over 81mg per day over a sustained period. 500mg - 1500mg in a day for pain relief is not the same as doing the same doseage for a regular period. If you're taking it to reduce viscosity of red blood cells and plasma; in other words thinning the blood out, then you really don't need any more than the 81mg a day. I take 75mg per day every day, with no problems, and for the same reasons as yourself. I urge you to drastically reduce your current doseage.

How do you find the Forma and what do you use it for: Fat burning?
