time to see an endo for dead dick?

gonna beat this dead horse one more time before I see an endo. posted about this in other threads and havent really got anywhere with previous suggestions

I guess ill do this right now that I know a little more of how things work here

dont know shit else to tell you im your average white boy

never taken AAS. have had a dead dick for over a year now, a idiot urologist put me on 100mg test cyp weekly after checking nothing but seeing I had a total test level of 180

got blood work done again test was almost 900, free test 25, still didnt check estrogen, prolactin, progesterone

condition saw no improvement so obviously it wasnt my test levels. tried running a post cycle including hcg, hcgen, post cycle and unleashed again saw very little/no improvement

So im off test now since it did nothing for me and im looking into other things. Like I said estrogen was never checked but I dont think thats an issue honetly like I said the post cycle didnt help

Prolactin/dopamine/coritsol is what I have been studying up on and I feel could be the root of my issue because I tried all the heavy hitters as far as libido boosting supps go, but nothing as far as prolactin control. And also read that high prolactin will drastically lower test production so thats a possibility of why my total test was below 200 at the age of 23. Also have been in a shitty mood for some time now, fairly constant thing. Very easily irritated and on edge alot.

The only thing I can think of at this point is I have been on 100mg trazadone for a few years and I read that trazadone will increase prolactin and interfere with dopamine which is responsible for libido.

As far as my dick in the dirt symptoms go I have zero sex drive, when I do force sex I can get a half chubby and she can tell I just want it to be over and I feel obligated. Can no longer get wood looking at porn or getting an image in my head takes touching to MAYBE get a stiffy. Def taking its toll but Im not dwelling on it anymore weve talked and talked about it so she knows the deal

Im not even dwelling on it anymore I know itll be resolved sooner or later, I just hope its sooner than later. And please dont tell me Im just stressed out or to take this great new test booster. Looking for clues or suggestions

I know bloodwork is the key to fixing this and without it we are just guessing but at $300 a pop since insurance wont cover anything sex related id like to do this in as few trips as possible. Searching shit online my symptoms match up with a million different things so Im kinda lost once again

Man I feel your pain. I've got pretty similar symptoms. Mine hasn't always been that way though, I used some ph's in October. All through PCT in November continuing through now my libido has been shit. I used otc stuff for PCT not a SERM. Not getting morning, weak hard ons.

If you go to privatemdlabs.com you can get cheap blood work done. Like $50 to check test, estradiol,lh,FSH. They have tests available for pretty much anything you could want and its affordable. My blood, with very similar symptomss came back at:
Test 604 ng/dl Ref 348-1197
LH 4.4 mIU/ml. Ref 1.7-8.6
FSH 2.8 mIU/ml Ref 2-12.4
Estradiol 28.9 pg/ml Ref 7.6-42.6

Its stressful as all hell, and more than anything you just want the shit to be normal. I was thinking about trying clomid 50/50/25/25 or 25/25/12.5/12.5 to get things rebooted. Any opinions? Not trying to hi-jack you here, figured the same solution may work for both of us here.

Yeah thanks for the reply man I'll def check into that. When my
Urologist put me on test I thought my problems were over but it did nothing even after quadrupling my test level.

I'm not expert at all, but I have read up on just about every similar case on here and am starting to put the pieces together. It's hard to know who to listen you get 10 different answers from 10 different people. What were you on and for how long?

If I was single I'd just take the time to kick back and put sex on the back burner but it's honestly weighing heavy on my relationship, I actually left her in te beginning of this because I thought maybe I just wasn't attracted to her anymore to find out its just me. For whatever reason she let me come back but all I can think is "how long is she willing to go without sex" and then I think every other couple in their early 20s are probably screwing every night.

I heard chlomid can be a dick killer also especially on high doses like that and has sides of anxiety acne and nasuea. I haven't heard much bad about forma stanzol for lowering estrogen. Libido is a tough nut to crank considering how many hormones you have and damn near every single one plays a role in libido

Who gave you the trazadone? It is an antidepressant so you probably have a prescription from a psychiatrist. You should go back to the doctor and complain about the drug. Ask for a different drug that doesn't shut you down like this.

I weened myself off of it finally and Ive got a small improvement so far.

One thing I did notice and I just read up on is when I was on test and trazadone at the same time Id wake up with rock hard wood that wouldnt go away for hours, scared the shit out of me once I checked into immediate care and was thinking they were gonna have to drain the blood. I know it sounds stupid but at the time I didnt know better and even now that Im off of it I get 2 hours of very light sleep a night, so right now is kinda rough. But if I gotta choose sleep or a sex life I guess Ill rest when Im dead


I just stumbled upon an artice where a doc said trazadone and test is like playing russian roulette with your dick, its a very high chance of priapism. I guess I got lucky I read some god awful horror stories about guys on test and trazadone and having permanet scar tissue in the penis from priapism and deformed and discolored dicks. I was considering making a post about it.
