Threw Up Six Times doing Ruhl's Quad Routine

Bet they love you at your club. When I'm working out, nothing inspires me more than the sounds and smells of someone else hurling.
 
Bro, Only a superfreak like Ruhl can do that kind of volume training. The dude is a freak and gets screwed by Weider everytime he steps onstage.
 
bro that shit in the magazines is bullshit, dont believe what you read, do you think a pro bb is going to do squats only, and leg presses and extensions............bro Im not saying its all not true but that shit in the mags is fabricated so much its not funny!

Yeah nothing inspires me more than to see people working out, not breaking a sweat drinkinh some cell tech.............

This routine is no joke. I did it and I didn't vomit or faint. :mad: I will say this though, for the squats I use the smith machine because of my bad knees and lower back. I can't do leg extensions because of my knees either, but I did do lunges and two other exercises for quads.

The squats are fucking brutal. Absolutely brutal and I used the Smith Machine and regular squats are twice as hard, so I can only imagine. Sweat was pouring down my face onto the floor when I was doing the squats. I was hurting and it was freaking great. I love this I am going to do this from now on. The only bad thing for me is I might not be able to do it on certain days and times because I don't want to hog the Smith Machine. I also did the leg press according to the program and I loved it too. It took me 1 minute to get up the stairs. I am still hurting and I am loving it.

I also did 6 reps on the last two sets since I was using the Smith. I did 13 sets for hamstrings on top of that and my legs are done.

If anybody else has torturess programs for other parts. Please let me know. As Arnold said, "I have no fear of fainting in the gym." :D
