I have to say that even though he got fat...it's an improvement.

Bulking to the extreme bro! Lee Priest used to do it all the time!

I think he has probably put a ton of muscle on, but when you get that fat you're gonna lose a good amount of it trying to diet off the 50 pounds of fat.

I don't think it's just all his diet. Looks like he HAS over done it on the nutrition side of things (maybe too many carbs). Looks like he may have some serious water retention. Note the overall puffiness of his body.

I do four days of no carbs and the have a heavy carb day and I don't see any fat gain doing that. You HAVE to carb on the 4th (no later than the 5th) day though to have enough glycogen in your muscles to have good sets.

I don't know just WHAT went wrong here. Looks like a combination of too many calories (probably carbs), possible estrogen buildup (if cycling) and just MAYBE he has used dairy (cheese maybe) as his primary protein source. Lactose can cause serious water retention. I've seen it that bad several times before.

Just my 2 cents worth.

Lee Priest was a fatboy in the offseason. I don't think he follows that horrible bulking routine anymore though. Too much of a toll on the body.
