Id check the classifieds, fork out 75.00 and get a bench and a barbell.
That will allow you to do squats, deads, and bench. Buy some plates at a 2nd hand store or somethin.
If not, build a cable machine. That should at least let you maintain what you got.
All you need is two pullies, a wire and a basket.
Or see if you can get a buddy to start going and ride with him. Can you take the bus?
At the very least make sureyou take in alot of protien to keep you from losing too much.
