Ok - here's the deal:
Fat should be eaten thru the day in conjunction with protein.
......no fat should be added to shake in the am....OR PWO shake.....
...you *can* add some fat to a shake right before bed.
THINK:
FAT = DELAY.
WHEN DO YOU WANT A DELAY??
WHEN THERE IS A SUBSTANTIAL PERIOD BETWEEN MEALS.
...there are some other scenarios...but that covers most instances
