Hit the gym later in the day. My knee is much better. Just a touch of swelling and periodic aching but nothing major.
10 min warm up jog on the treadmill. HR avg 145.

Also did an additional chest exercise, incline press machine.

Threw in some abs, supersetted with bench press. 15 scissor kicks/ 15 leg raises x 4 sets.
Finished off with 20 mins on the treadmill. Speed of 4, incline 3. HR avg 140.
Calories were right on target at 1617 and got 5L of water in.
