Performing this exercise needs definitely a lot of work attention on using the heel and driving up through the hip . And yes it is an advanced exercise make sure you are very advanced while performing this exercise. If you are a beginner try to hold on to a body bar for example while learning the movement until you build enough strength to do it without holding . And again I say it again as far as you keep your chest up and you driving through the heel you doing fine .
